Vivien Protea is an elegant 50's style dress, in the sweet floral and bird print in blues and browns on a navy blue base. A gorgeous piece throughout the day and into the night. This 100% cotton, button through dress features a high round neckline which can be tucked in to form a V-neck, hidden side pockets, and pleats at the waist in the centre, front and back panel adding some stunning detail to the dress. Wear it loose, or cinch the waist with the detachable waist tie, or try a belt. Paired perfectly with sandals or dress the look up with heels and some jewellery.

Dream dress

This is my fourth Vivien dress, I love them so much! I’ve never felt as confident and comfortable in a dress than when I wear these. The fit is true to size, the fabric is good quality and can be worn in both summer and winter. I always get compliments when I wear these dresses. If you are looking for a comfortable, flattering dress, Vivien is it!

Great dress

This dress is well made and versatile. I sized up because I was concerned about the dress being too tight in the shoulders...I think it would have been fine at the smaller size but this size works too. The pattern is lovely. I am short so the length is closer to maxi, which is fine with me.

Beautiful dresses

This is my second Vivien dress and love it so much. It's comfortable and flattering, the fabric is nice quality and POCKETS. The only thing I would change is I wish it had a V neck instead of the round high collar - I tuck in the corners to make a V and it sits well but does need to be retucked a couple of times if you wear it all day. I am usually a 10-12 and chose a small based on the size chart which fits perfectly.

Classic 50s style

What I most like about this style is the feminine 50s design. There is some fullness with the gathered waist, but the gathers are distributed in such a way as to avoid accentuating the waist. The pockets are a generous size, an added bonus.

Fabulous Vivien

As a marriage celebrant I like to look professional and wear comfortable clothing - Vivien wattle fills that order - it can be worn with a jacket and is equally smart without a jacket. Absolutely Perfect Dress

I’ve been searching for months for a casual dress that is flattering and comfortable. This is it! Beautiful print, well- made and flattering. Since the top is fitted, I based my size choice on my bust size and it fits perfectly. Can be dressed up with heels or down with sneakers.
