Shipping – International
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Express shipping is prioritized by our dispatch team, however carrier delays are beyond our control.
During peak seasons or sales events, dispatch times may be longer. If we are unable to dispatch your order due to a missing item, we will notify you within 3 business days.
Delivery Timeframes
- Regular Shipping: 14–21 business days (may take longer for remote or less-accessible locations)
- Express Shipping: 7–14 business days

- Flat rate Regular Shipping: $15.00 AUD
- Flat rate Express Shipping: $18.00 AUD
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Your parcel will begin with Australia Post and then transfer to your local postal service for final delivery.
