I’ve placed a second order, can you ship it with my first order?

Sorry lovely, due to the large volume of orders received during sale periods we are not able to combine orders. Orders are packed chronologically to ensure fairness to our community.

How long should I wait to receive my order?

Shipping may take longer than usual due to high demand. We’ve added some awesome individuals to our team to try to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are processed in the order they’re received but express post orders are prioritised. Please note that during sale times there are no shipping time guarantees, however If you require your order in a hurry we strongly recommend choosing express post. 

We’ll email your tracking details once your order is on its way, if you haven’t received a tracking number your order has not yet been dispatched (it pays to check your junk mail too) Please be patient with our team, they are dealing with a lot of inquiries and doing their best to help everyone.

Can I also use other discount codes on already discounted stock?

Sorry, but our discount codes don't apply to the Black Friday Sales as these items are already heavily discounted. 

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Can you change it before my order’s dispatched?

We will try! If you have ordered the wrong size please email us asap and if your order is not yet dispatched and we have the correct size in stock we will happily fix this for you.

Can I return an item I purchased on Sale?

I purchased something before the sale. Can I get a refund for the difference?

Sorry friends! We do not offer rainchecks for our Black Friday sale.
