Vivien Dress Bird of Paradise

I purchased the Protea design with the birds, its a lovely medium weight cotton dress. I ordered a size larger so the buttons don't gape and pull, I'm glad I did, its perfect. The only thing I don't like is the pockets are too high to be comfortable, so I moved the down.

This is the second Vivien dress I've bought and the quality is, as always, outstanding. I live in a hot and humid part of the US and both dresses are perfect for work and casual evenings out. The cotton holds its shape but allows for a lot of air movement. The print is vibrant without being overwhelming and the shape is classic. I want one in every color.

Love the Vivien dresses, they fit perfectly for a buxom lass like myself! The black wattle is my second once :-)

I really love my Vivien dress. It's form fitting enough to accentuate my shape, but loose enough to be comfortable. I ordered a size too big at first, but Karma East was very friendly and helpful in the exchange process. I noticed in the photos that the models wear the colar differently and I'm glad to say that it's very easy to duplicate in real life. It makes the dress adaptable for different accessories and looks. I honestly could not be happier with my purchase.

Fun and sassy, crisp fabric and a terrific fit. I was afraid that the shaped waist would be too tight but the cut is great and the fullness of the skirt provides a perfect foil to a thickening body.
