Your new,  Favourite trans-seasonal, little black dress. The Avery Dress is made from 100% double cotton gauze. Featuring a round neckline, empire waistline with small pin tucks, 3/4 sleeves, and side pockets. No zip in this dress, just slip it over your head. This dress sits just over the knee, and has a straight, loose waist with small gathers. In the cooler months wear with leggings and a cardi.

What is Double Cotton? Made from two lightweight layers of gauze that are basted together, it has a puckered, lived-in texture that will become more pronounced after washing. This fabric is highly breathable, comfortable and has a super soft drape.

I returned this dress as it didn't suit me. More to do with my shape than the quality of the garment. It won't stop me ordering from Karma East.

My favorite so far

This dress is comfy, the colour is great and best of all it doesn’t need to be ironed! I have several dresses by Karma East and this is one of the best.

Too thin for me

The colour and style of the dress is lovely, but the material is way too light and transparent for me. It would be OK with tights and a thermal underneath, but I was wanting a summer dress, but its way too see through, which is a shame.

Great dress for changing seasons

This lined cotton dress is light and flattering. I've worn it with a skinny belt to work but it can be worn loose and still has a flattering shape. I'm a size AU 12, followed the size guide and purchased an S 10 in this style - it fits perfectly.
